HOW OUR WEBSITE WORKS
We offer this website as a service that provides information and other services pertaining to the management and treatment of autoimmune diseases. We also use the service to facilitate the sale of supplements as well as to recommend health and wellness products and services through affiliate links. We may also occasionally use the service to process payments for retreats.

You agree that the contents, information and material available on the Autoimmune Warrior website are meant for educational and informational reasons only, and should not be deemed as health advice. They are not intentioned to replace qualified medical or psychological diagnosis, advice, or treatment.

All trademarks, trade dress, service marks, trade names, icons and logos found on this website are the property of AIW, LLC, its parent, its associates, respective licensors or other third parties, and you are prohibited from reproducing, republishing, using, copying, distributing, transmitting, or modifying the trademarks found on the website without our prior written consent.

  • You may not upload user content that mimics any individual or entity falsely including without an AIW, LLC official, and you may not use our services to falsely misrepresent your relationship with another person or entity.
  • We will consider you fully responsible for any and all legal costs, losses and damages resulting from your breach if we find you to have violated any of the terms of this agreement.
  • You understand that we may also terminate your use of the website without any prior warning if you breach any of these terms.

 

TERMS OF SALES FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS PRODUCTS

Pricing: Except AIW, LLC specifically states so, all the health and wellness products listed on our website are priced in US dollars.

Payment method: We allow payment by either debit/credit cards.

Product description: You must carefully read every product description on the website before placing your order for that product.  By placing your order for a specific product, you are agreeing to the specific conditions of sale that is included in that particular product description.

Colors: As much as is possible, we have tried to display the colors of the health and wellness products that appear on the Autoimmune Warrior website as accurately as possible. Despite our care, there may be a difference in the colors seen on your device and the color of the actual products, depending on your device’s ability to precisely communicate color. AIW, LLC will not be responsible for the differences between the device color and actual color of product.

Order Cancelation:  You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, if we have not yet shipped that order, and we will return any payments made by you in such a case. We will however be unable to honor cancellation orders that reach us more than 24 hours of ordering. We may also cancel your order if we suspect any deceitful transaction by you; or if the ordered item becomes unavailable for any reason. In such a case, we will inform if we ourselves cancel your order, and will re-issue funds in the amount of the charge if we have already received your payment.  

Delivery: AIW, LLC will work hard to deliver locally ordered products within 5 business days after orders are made. But you must allow for 15 days for international orders. You hereby warrant that the delivery address provided by you is correct and proper in all respects.

Shipping and customs: You understand that our price is exclusive of shipping and customs fee. You will bear full responsibility for any shipping and customs fee associated with your order.

Inspection of products: You must inspect your products upon receipt, and we will consider you to have accepted products except you notify us of an order cancelation and/or you return the products in accordance with our return policy. AIW, LLC will not be compelled to accept any rejection of bought products at a later date If you take no such action.

Return and refunds: We do not accept returns except we mistakenly sent you the wrong product or if the product you receive does not match the product description. If you qualify for a refund, our policy is to either issue a full refund within 15 days of return through the original payment method, or to issue you a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your account on the website.

Lost/destroyed merchandise: It is our policy to offer replacements for merchandise that get lost or destroyed in transit. To be eligible for a replacement in this instance, all claims must be submitted to AIW, LLC no longer than 15 days post estimated delivery date.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
We provide the Autoimmune Warrior website available for your use on an “as is” and “as available” basis only, and you use the website and its services at your own risk. AIW, LLC fully disclaims all warranties of all kinds, whether direct or indirect, including without limitation the indirect warranties of suitability, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not represent in any way  that our service will suit your expectations or meet your requirements; that it will be safe for you, that it will continue interrupted; that it is error-free or timely; that any results that you may get from using the service will be accurate or reliable; and that any errors found on the Autoimmune Warrior website will be corrected.

You accept that no information or advice, whether it is written or oral, that you gain access to through your use of the Autoimmune Warrior website shall create any warranty that we have not specifically explained in these terms.

Specifically, the information, content and material provided through the Autoimmune Warrior website are meant for informational purposes only, should not be taken as health advice, and should not serve as or replace qualified medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All the risks connected with the use of or dependence on any information uploaded on this website are exclusively yours, and you agree to indemnify AIW, LLC from any legal action that may arise in relation to your dependence on content obtained from the service.

AIW, LLC (even if it has been made aware of the likelihood of such damages) will not be responsible to you or any other party for any direct, indirect, consequential, supplementary, special, or exemplary damages, including but not circumscribed to, damages for loss of profits, use, goodwill, data, or other losses connected from the use of or the failure to use the service.

If certain applicable law does not allow this disclaimer of warranties/ limitation of liability that we have so set forth above, then this disclaimer of warranties and/or limitation of liability will in this case not be applicable to you.

INDEMNITY
You hereby agree to defend and indemnify AIW, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries and associates; and their executives, agents, officers, staff and managers, not guilty from and innocent from any claims, liabilities, reparations, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting costs that is connected to your use of the Autoimmune Warrior website and services or your breach of these terms.

SEVERABILITY
Any term/provision of this agreement that is held to be unenforceable by a competent Wyoming court of law shall be modified to reflect our original intention while all the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect with full force.

GOVERNING LAW
Without considering any principles of conflicts of law, our choice for the interpretation as well as the governance of law of these terms is the United States of America.
